This customized traveling award for leadership is given to the corporation that raises the most amount of money prior to the official opening of the yearly campaign. The design had to be impressive enough to be a motivation for the corporation and be very visible in corporate office where it stayed for a year. We were selected by our local gallery representative and worked with the marketing department of United Way to design the award .

The staff and Board of Directors of our local office of this international non profit organization has used us for leadership and recognition awards often coming in to our retail gallery and selecting sculpture that we customize for a one-of-a-kind presentation.

Salons and Spas
Gad about is the premiere full range beauty salon in southern Arizona. The CEO, Pam McNair values her employees efforts in creating and maintaining their reputation for quality and customer service. Initially she created the "The Gaddy" as a type of sales recognition award to be presented at the annual banquet. The award actually became a decorative conversation piece as it was placed at each winner’s station for the year. Based on that success, Ms.McNair went on to create a wide array of individual motivation awards. In addition, outstanding producers are given individual bronze awards custom designed on a yearly basis. The salons themselves vie for traveling awards, which vary from framed art to bronze sculpture.Gadabout takes advantage of a unique service we provide: we actually set the awards up for the ceremony for them.

Society of Interior Designers (ASID)
These are annual awards. In order to differentiate one year from another, we work with the planning committee and change the patina and glass colors. This award exemplifies our flexibility in the design process. After the first year, ASID changed their logo. This necessitated a change in the awards design. The National organization has a program whereby local chapters offer items to other chapters as fundraisers. The local chapter is so pleased with the new image; they have selected the award as their convention offering.

The Cristiani Foundation
We worked directly with the chairman of the southwest leader in mobile technology and his event planner. Joe sponsors a celebrity golf tournament to benefit children’s non-profits. In addition to the tee-boxes, we also created wall phones for the team sponsors. The auction table décor was given to one of the 20 restaurants that contributed food for the event. The sponsorship thank you sculpture was sized into three categories from a thousand to ten thousand contributions.

Sisters: Daughters of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus
and Mary
This Appreciation Award was shipped and presented at the Vatican to Franciscan Sisters: Daughters of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary. A nun who had been given an Inspired Angel earlier in the year ordered it through the Internet.

Westin Kierland
Resort
This custom lifetime achievement award was presented to the Grand Dame of Arizona Arts: Kax Hersberger on her, and the State of Arizona’s, 90th birthday. It coincided with the opening of the Westin-Kierland Spa and Resort in Scottsdale. Her family wanted to commemorate the important dates in her life. Working with her biographer, LynnRae created a talking staff, following a Native American tradition of marking major events on sticks as a way to record history. An aluminum cholla branch was created and the wholes in the branches were used to hang vintage beads to mark the pivotal years of her life. LynnRae attended the event to make the presentation before the Governor, celebrities such as Hugh Downs, and honored guests. The staff had given LynnRae three weeks from concept to presentation. They were so impressed by the artistry and workmanship they bought several bronzes to place in the resort’s spa.

BEAUDRY MOTORS
Beaudry Motors is the largest RV Retailer in the United States. These awards were created for their sales staff. They wanted the same award, but some way to distinguish them, as some people would receive more than one. We solved their problem in the patina, creating ten different colors of the same award.

CEDO (Intercultural
Center for the Study of Deserts and Oceans, Inc.)
This international non-profit was looking for a dual-purpose design. They wanted a sculpture they could present to out-going Board Presidents and also be able to create items from the design that could be sold in their gift shop. At their Mexico location, they have a Grey Whale Skeleton that was washed into the estuary that is their landmark. The design was flushed out from that skeleton frame.

The design process for this volunteer service award was done entirely through faxes and the Internet. These awards are presented to the outgoing Board of Directors.

Incentive Award for a non-profit organization
This account represents
diversity in awards that still need to be homogeneous.
Robert
Hatch, Team Manager, wanted a wall plaque that was immediately
recognizable as the corporate logo as a way to thank the top ten-dollar
referral real estate agents. Robert is so enthused with the concept and
feedback he has received, he is considering presenting the concept to
the Region Director, in hopes it will eventually be adopted as their
National Award
On 100th anniversary of
their Temple, the Sisterhood of the Washington Hebrew Congregation
wanted to create a thank you to acknowledge the families that helped
reach this auspicious occasion. Unfortunately, their budget didn’t fit
their aspirations. We came up with an innovative idea: give away one
Shabbat candle, and offer the match for sale in the gift shop. To create
excitement about the project, the sisterhood ordered two similar, but
much larger candlesticks, which were used, for Friday night services
throughout the entire anniversary year.
